上個禮拜很紅的事情，Foursquare 用 Apache License, Version 2.0 (代表可以商用) 放出了他們手上的 POI (Places of Interest) 資料：「Foursquare Open Source Places: A new foundational dataset for the geospatial community」。 資料格式是 Parquet，放在 Amazon S3 上，但可以透過 HTTPS 直接抓 (需要指定檔案名稱)。 本來想說先用官方 parquet-java 裡面的 parquet-cli 讀看看，弄半天發現讀...
