Automated Emergency Morse Locator Beacon

This beacon can be programmed to send an emergency SOS in Morse Code. This model produces a few mw of power but there's ample power to raise that considerably. Power consumption is currently 6ma from a 100ma solar panel. I built this largely for fun but also as a demonstration of my technical competency.
