The new bike's target is to: 1) Capable to carry my boy over 20 kg now. 2) Can carry some stuffs when taking him for swimming or football class. 3) Support internal gear system, be able to shift when stopping. Now the dream is come true after almost 1 year's development. I still have not named the new model, but I am so excited to receive the prototype from factory, and share with all of our audience at the first time. I call it “baby bus” at this moment. With extra long wheel base, I am now super confident to carry my 22kg boy on the child seat, and crossing the crowded Shanghai street. With Pinion C11.2 gear box in the middle bridge of the bike, the biggest benefit is optimizing the center of gravity. There's no drag at rear part especially it is heavy loaded. Schwalbe Big Apple 20" 2.4 tire can provide extra low tire presure. Together with its long wheel base, "baby bus" may be one of the most comfortable mini velo over the world, at least from my point of view. Further more, we had built more than 2 prototypes for the front rack, make sure it can carry anything: perhapes 5kg stuffs, or your puppy, even an adult at emergency. The stainless steel rack is 100% developped by Blacksnow founder Mr Zhan, an excellent engineer. The "baby bus" is still a prototype. We need extra several months to test and optimize it in details.
