Log in to Syno Photos, see photos but "not authorised"

Don't know what's changed but I can't view my photos in Synology Photos - except I can. User logs into DSM as usual, selects Synology Photos from shortcut icon. Arrives at usual SP page (showing timeline view) and can see big thumbnails of all photos. Clicking a thumbnail to see a full size...
